Please follow these baby photo contest rules to ensure fair participation, transparent voting, and a smooth contest experience for all participants.
Our online baby photo contest is 100% free and open to families worldwide. Children aged 0–12 years are eligible to participate. Parents or legal guardians must submit entries on behalf of the child.
Each contest cycle runs on a monthly basis. Participation and voting open on the 1st of the month and continue until the final day of that month.
To ensure a level playing field, users can cast one vote every 1 Hours using a valid voting link. All incoming votes are monitored in real-time and verified for authenticity.
Official results are announced on the 3rd of the following month. This 48-hour window allows our team to complete a thorough vote verification and validation process.
Winners are strictly selected based on the highest number of verified, genuine votes. Any suspicious or bot-generated votes are automatically removed before the final rankings are calculated.
The Top 3 participants win our monthly grand prizes. Additionally, any entry that achieves 100+ verified votes is eligible for a digital Participation Certificate after results are declared.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. Use of fake votes, bots, proxies, or any suspicious activity will lead to immediate vote deduction, temporary suspension, or permanent disqualification.
Only one entry per child is allowed. Duplicate entries, or the use of fake, edited, or celebrity photos, will result in the entry being removed from the contest immediately.
To maintain the integrity of our community, we may request age proof or verification details. Providing incorrect or misleading information will lead to the cancellation of participation and any associated prizes.
Winners must claim their rewards within 5 days of the result declaration. Digital certificates will be available for download for a limited time, so please save them promptly.
We love our global community! Participants from outside India may receive equivalent digital rewards (like Amazon Global e-vouchers) or must provide a valid Indian shipping address for physical prize fulfillment.
All decisions made by the CuteBabyVote Admin Team regarding votes, rankings, and winner selection are final and binding.
